Job summary

Banyan Pulmonary Services seeks an experienced Respiratory LPN to provide consistent, high-quality care for long-term residents in a collaborative setting with RTs and physicians. You will focus on clinical assessment, education, and outcomes in a team-based model.

You will support residents with respiratory conditions, monitor for changes, and educate families while maintaining strict safety and confidentiality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general clinical services and respiratory care practices.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with respiratory conditions (COPD, CHF, trachs, vents).
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in condition.
• Work closely with RTs, physicians, and facility teams.
• Educate residents and families.
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations.
