Qualifications

• Current state and national Nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification, ACLS if ventilator units (within six months for hire).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with respiratory conditions (COPD, CHF, trachs, vents)
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in condition
• Work closely with RTs, physicians, and facility teams
• Educate residents and families
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations
