Active RN license and BLS are required; ACLS is a plus. Expect strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with respiratory conditions (COPD, CHF, trachs, vents)
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in condition
• Work closely with RTs, physicians, and facility teams
• Educate residents and families
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations
