Job summary

Banyan Pulmonary Services is seeking an LPN to join a dedicated post-acute respiratory care team in a long-term care setting. You’ll provide consistent care to the same residents, work closely with RTs and physicians, and have time to assess, think, and intervene to improve outcomes with a strong emphasis on safety and patient-centered care.

Requirements include an active LPN license, BLS certification, and solid clinical judgment. ACLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required (ACLS a plus).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with respiratory conditions (COPD, CHF, trachs, vents).
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in condition.
• Work closely with RTs, physicians, and facility teams.
• Educate residents and families.
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations.
