Job summary

Banyan Pulmonary Services seeks a Respiratory Nurse RN to deliver focused clinical care for residents. You will work closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and facility staff to monitor and manage respiratory conditions, educate patients and families, and contribute to reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS a plus).
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with respiratory conditions (COPD, CHF, trachs, vents).
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in condition.
• Work closely with RTs, physicians, and facility teams.
• Educate residents and families.
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations.
