Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory education programs for respiratory care practitioners and nursing staff.
• Coordinate orientation, in-services, skills lab competency validations, continuing education, and ongoing competency development.
• Collaborate with health care team to provide clinical input and education as an expert practitioner, facilitator and change agent for new initiatives and projects.
• Promote competency and quality care through educational activities aligned with current health care trends and organizational goals.
