Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care (or related field) and NBRC RRT licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS; five years of clinical experience with ICU exposure and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or related field; degree must be completed within 3 years if not yet achieved.
• Current NC licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT) and NBRC certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Five years of clinical respiratory therapy experience, including ICU exposure; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RT staff in assigned unit.
• Coordinate emergency responses and RT procedures.
• Develop and update clinical care protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with RT leadership to ensure high quality patient care.
