Job summary

Alpine Home Medical is seeking a friendly Customer Respiratory Specialist to assist in-store customers, educate them on respiratory equipment, and provide solutions through excellent service.

You will be the face of our team, handling POS for DME products, setting up PAP devices, coordinating deliveries, and supporting inventory while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to learn and recommend products to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with quick needs assessment.
• Ability to learn products and educate customers to drive sales.

• Computer literacy and ability to handle software programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up respirator equipment and supplies in-store.
• Assist customers and provide solutions through service.
• Provide clear instructions to patients and customers.
• Handle point-of-sale for DME products in-store.
• Arrange cost-effective delivery routes.
• Know respiratory supplies, prices, and reimbursements.
• Manage PAP device set-ups and Maintenance program.
• Pick up equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Observe HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality.
• Perform routine care and safe operation of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
