Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Marketing Intern to join the team in Seattle, WA. You will support marketing activities across proposals, assets, and communications while maintaining CRM data and branding standards.

The role emphasizes organization, research, and collaboration within an employee-owned culture. Candidates should be enrolled in marketing/business studies with strong MS Office and Adobe CC skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team with preparing proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations and announcements.
• Provide data entry, note taking, technical editing and graphics support.
• Maintain CRM database and catalog marketing assets; handle data-driven tasks.
• Edit, customize or write project descriptions and staff resumes.
• Conduct research and produce documents and reports.
• Follow HDR's brand strategy and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
