Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Marketing Intern to support proposals, rosters, brochures, and announcements, while assisting with CRM data, asset cataloging, and staff resumes. The role includes research, document preparation, and ensuring brand alignment.

You will work with a team leveraging Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver compelling marketing materials and gain exposure to HDR’s Power, Waste, and Industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist other members of the marketing team in the preparation of proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations, and announcements.
• Provide support for the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, and graphics support.
• Assist with maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, cataloging marketing assets, and other data driven tasks.
• Edit, customize, and/or write project descriptions and staff resumes.
• Conduct research and produce documents and reports.
• Follow the company's brand strategy.
• Support other administrative duties as needed.

In the role of Resources Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or related field
• Attention to detail a must
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Preference will be given to local candidates

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
