HDR, Inc. is seeking a Resources Marketing Intern to support the marketing team with proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations, and announcements. You will assist with data entry, note taking, technical editing, graphics support, and CRM maintenance.

Role requires enrollment in marketing, business, or related program, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preference for local candidates in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist marketing team with proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations, and announcements.
• Provide data entry, note taking, technical editing, and graphics support for the team.
• Assist with maintaining CRM database and cataloging marketing assets.
• Edit, customize, and/or write project descriptions and staff resumes.
• Conduct research and produce documents and reports.
• Follow the company's brand strategy and support administrative duties.
