Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or compact license
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification may be required depending on department standards

Responsibilities

• Conducts an individualized patient assessment and prioritizes data collection.
• Develops, modifies, and integrates an individualized care plan with the medical plan of care.
• Performs treatments as ordered by the provider in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate interventions.
• Maintains confidentiality and delivers care in a culturally sensitive manner.
