Job summary

Centra Health is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse II to manage individualized patient care within policies and procedures in Virginia. Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; RN license in VA.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individualized patient assessments and prioritizes data collection.
• Develops and modifies an individualized care plan with goals.
• Performs treatments and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Provides patient and family education and supports learning needs.
• Documents assessments, interventions and progress toward goals.
• Ensures patient safety and participates in quality improvement activities.
