Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Virginia RN license (or compact license) required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred and may be required after hire date.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individualized patient assessments and prioritizes data collection per policy and patient needs.
• Develops, modifies, and implements patient care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with the care team.
• Performs treatments and nursing interventions as ordered and monitors patient safety and outcomes.
• Educates patients and families, documents findings, and participates in continuous quality improvement.
