Job summary

AnMed is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in Anderson, SC. The role supports Medical/Surgical, Critical Care/Telemetry, and Emergency Services units as a fill-in for call-offs and census fluctuations.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process for diverse patient populations. Qualifications include SC RN license and at least 1 year hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in SC.
• 1 year of hospital nursing experience required.
• BSN preferred; ADN candidates must enroll in BSN within 18 months of hire and BSN must be obtained within 4 years from date of hire.
• Must be able to work one 12-hour shift per week (7a–7p) including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients across pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs using the nursing process.
• Communicate effectively and maintain safety in the unit.
