Job summary

EDSI Solutions is seeking a Resource Room Specialist in Reading, PA to provide front-line support to customers using the PA CareerLink resource center. The role includes assisting jobseekers with job search activities, digital intake, and navigation of workforce systems within a collaborative, welcoming environment.

You will conduct intake, enter data into CWDS when needed, assist with ID.me and BenMod navigation, and help connect customers with PA CareerLink programs and community partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in a team-oriented customer service environment.

Responsibilities

This role assists jobseekers with job search activities, digital intake, and navigation of workforce systems while maintaining an organized and supportive resource room environment.
