Job summary

EDSI-9 is seeking a Career Specialist to build relationships with community-based organizations and connect jobseekers to opportunities. You will deliver customer-centered services and may work in person or virtually to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include guiding jobseekers through PA CareerLink, maintaining records, coordinating with the Outreach & Business Service Manager, and delivering workshops and open office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Experience in business, sales or training.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with unemployed or disadvantaged populations preferred.
