Job Description:Title: Bilingual Facilitator (Spanish)Classification: Non-ExemptSalary: $52,000/yearScope of PositionThe Workshop Facilitator maintains a classroom environment conducive to learning by using positive, professional behavior and adult learning methods. This role delivers workshops across the PA CareerLink Philadelphia system in both in-person and virtual formats, ensuring services are accessible to customers from all workforce programs and audiences. The position supports the use of virtual learning tools, platforms, and the PHL Career Portal to enhance customer engagement and access to resources. The Workshop Facilitator also supports the Special Projects Team with instructional-specific requests and provides direct assistance to job seekers with resume writing, resume creation, and resume development support.Essential FunctionsCreate and maintain a structured learning environment that promotes quality interaction, clear expectations, and participant accountability aligned with PA CareerLink program needsRecognize and respond to diverse learning styles and individual strengths to support effective instruction and engagementImplement quality instructional practices by:Delivering workshops in virtual, in-person, and blended formatsUsing varied instructional methods, materials, and activities to maintain engagementFacilitating active learning experiencesBalancing individual and group learning needsDelivering multiple workshops per day as scheduled (typically 4 daily)Model professional behavior and communication by:Demonstrating positive, respectful, and professional interactions with clients, staff, and community partnersUsing clear and appropriate written and verbal communicationApplying cultural competence and inclusive language in all interactionsMaintaining professionalism in all situationsEnsure compliance with System-Wide policies, procedures, and expectations by:Accurately documenting all services in CWDS and required reporting systems on a daily basisCollaborating effectively with staff and clientsSupporting project management activities and continuous improvement effortsMaintaining flexibility to support program needs and initiativesBe flexible with assignmentsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedEducation and Experience RequirementsExperience in training, education or career developmentAble to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitudeExperience in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s Degree in business, education, training, human resources, liberal arts, or related area is preferredExperience in teaching computer and technology skills is preferredMust be comfortable teaching in physical and virtual classroom environments.Must have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of ProductsMust be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading and writing)EDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
