Job summary

Advocate Health's Navicent Resource Team seeks an RN for a floating role across Navicent, Baldwin, Peach and Rehab facilities. The position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 36 hours per week with full-time benefits.

Minimum RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred. Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with 2 years preferred for specialized areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing program.
• Active RN license with privileges where services are provided.
• BLS certification required; other certs may be needed by specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple facilities as a float RN.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions; adjust plans and resources.
• Uphold safety culture and timely EHR documentation.
• May admin medications and therapies per protocols.
• Communicate effectively and delegate as appropriate.
