Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Navicent Resource Team in Georgia. This full-time role involves floating to Navicent, Baldwin, Peach, and Rehab facilities and delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards.

Minimum RN licensure is required with BLS; BSN preferred. Expect 36 hours per week and a competitive pay range. Comprehensive benefits are offered by Advocate Health as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where service is provided.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and coordinates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Collaborates with nurses, LPNs, and assistive personnel for appropriate delegation.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
