Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, are residential treatment programs for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders. We are seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team.

This role rotates between our three programs and offers a schedule of Sun–Thu daytime hours with occasional later starts, and a salary range of $70,500–$85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field.
• Experience with eating disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

Resource Primary Therapist

Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake located in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, are residential treatment programs exclusively for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’streatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

This position will rotate between our three programs in Agoura Hills and Calabasas.

Anticipated Schedule

Sun -Thu daytime hours*

Salary

$70,500 - $85,000/ year

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
