Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake operate residential programs in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, for adults and adolescents with eating disorders. A full-time Primary Therapist will join a multidisciplinary team, delivering individual, group, and family therapy across sites with rotating assignments.

The role requires a Master's in counseling or related field and a state license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline is required.
• State license or eligibility in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is required.
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Liaising with families and outpatient providers.
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Providing therapeutic meal support and modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Delivering care with empathy and recognizing clients' diverse identities.

Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake, located in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, are residential treatment programs exclusively for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’s treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Anticipated Schedule: Sun -Thu daytime hours*

*(must be open to later start approx. once a week)

Salary: $70,500 - $85,000/ year

This position will rotate between our three programs in Agoura Hills and Calabasas.
