Job summary

Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake are residential treatment programs for adults and adolescents addressing eating and exercise disorders. We seek a full-time Primary Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, with Sun-Thu daytime hours and occasional later starts.

The salary ranges from $70,500 to $85,000 per year. The role rotates among programs, onsite only, with an extensive benefits package and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline required.
• State license or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Prior experience with eating disorders is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food.
• Deliver safe, empathetic and affirming care for each client respecting diverse identities.

Monte Nido Vista, Clementine Calabasas, and Clementine Malibu Lake, located in Agoura Hills and Calabasas, CA, are residential treatment programs exclusively for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’streatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Anticipated Schedule: Sun -Thu daytime hours*

*(must be open to later start approx. once a week)

Salary: $70,500 - $85,000/ year

This position will rotate between our three programs in Agoura Hills and Calabasas.
