• Monitor resource capacity, utilization, and availability.
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on skills, priorities, and workload demands.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to understand resource needs.
• Identify resource gaps or surpluses and recommend solutions.
• Track and report key metrics such as utilization rates.
• Support onboarding activities, including workspace setup.
