Job summary

Join SUSS MicroTec Inc. in Williston, VT as a Project Manager responsible for steering initiatives from concept to completion. You will build detailed plans, set milestones, define scope and resources, and drive performance against timelines and budgetary targets.

You will guide cross-functional teams, communicate risks and status to stakeholders, and ensure quality objectives are met through structured change control and ongoing oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and manage costs effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues at the project level.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources through formal processes.
• Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met.
