Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Manager, Resource Operations to lead efficiency initiatives within the Resource Operations team. The role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvements to align with organizational goals and support talent initiatives.

Key duties include data tabulation, quarterly calibration support, stakeholder liaison across HR/TA/Finance, and driving talent operations projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar with process optimization and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication with individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands while maintaining quality.
• Experience managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions; familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and tabulate data, including highly confidential information, and run ad-hoc reporting.
• Aid in quarterly calibration exercises, using feedback to reward strong talent and identify gaps.
• Act as liaison between Resource Operations and HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate.
• Support talent operations projects from inception through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges.
