Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Manager, Resource Operations to lead efficiency initiatives within the Resource Operations team. The role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvements to align with organizational goals and support talent initiatives.

Key duties include data tabulation, quarterly calibration support, stakeholder liaison across HR/TA/Finance, and driving talent operations projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar with process optimization and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication with individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands while maintaining quality.
• Experience managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions; familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus.

Job Description:

The Manager, Resource Operations, will be a key player in enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of the Resource Operations team. This role involves a combination of leadership, strategic oversight, and process improvement to streamline operations, align with organizational goals, and support key talent initiatives.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Organize and tabulate data, often of a highly confidential nature, and utilize systems to execute and analyze ad-hoc reporting
• Aid in the facilitation of quarterly calibration exercises, utilizing feedback to reward strong talent and identify gaps
• Act as a liaison between the Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate
• Support the execution of talent operations projects, from inception through implementation
• Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field with demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, while maintaining quality
• High level of proficiency in managing complex data sets, analyzing trends, and deriving actionable insights
• Experience with advanced Excel functions is required, and familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus
• Eager to learn and make meaningful contributions
• Results-oriented individual who can drive initiatives independently while maintaining a focus on long-term goals
• New York: $50,000.00-$95,000.00
