Responsibilities

• Function in Rapid Response Team and Code Blue on assigned units.
• Assist emergent procedures and staff with policies and care on inpatient floors.
• May take temporary patient assignments for imaging, transfers, admissions, discharges.
• Round frequently on inpatient units and act as a staff resource.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation per hospital policy.
• Promote staff growth, competency, and professional nursing practice.
