The Resource RN (Rapid Response) is an off‑shift clinical expert who works under the direction of the nursing supervisor and provides in‑the‑moment clinical care and/ or coaching to direct care providers.
Other responsibilities, as time allows, include ensuring regulatory readiness, supporting and educating around practice changes, gathering performance/quality data, and using evidence‑based data and clinical inquiry to guide staff.
$36.00 – $79.12 per hour.
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this role will receive compensation consistent with the terms of that agreement.
