Required are an active Massachusetts RN license, and a nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN; BSN within 4 years preferred). BLS/ACLS/NRP within specified timelines are expected, with EFM certification considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN; BSN within 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education.
• Communicate with health care team, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records; interpret computerized data.
