Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks an experienced registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care in alignment with organizational values. You will use the nursing process to create individualized care plans, address physical, emotional, and social needs, and collaborate with care partners to meet priorities.

You will participate in safety and quality initiatives, educates patients and families, and acts as a preceptor for staff while embracing continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Active RN license in state of practice (NJ).
• BLS & ACLS certification.
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.

Responsibilities
