Job summary

IRCO is seeking a Resource Navigator to conduct community outreach, perform eligibility screenings, and support students and families. You will manage funding for activities that secure equal access to resources, while providing training for schools and systems.

The role emphasizes language access, translation of documents, and collaboration with the Slavic & Eastern European Center to serve Washington State communities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Two years of experience in case management, outreach, advocacy, and resource navigation for families.
• Experience with immigrant/refugee communities and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and eligibility screenings.
• Support students and families with resource navigation and training for schools.
• Organize after-school and summer program activities.
• Provide mentoring and behavioral health support.
• Assist families in navigating the U.S. education system and language access.
