General Dynamics Corporation is seeking a Resource Manager with TS/SCI and Polygraph to lead staffing, capacity planning, and agile collaboration across multiple task orders in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with program leadership to ensure staffing aligns with contract baselines and milestones.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, training coordination, and data-driven decision making, leveraging enterprise tools to provide clear visibility into staffing and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, or information management, or eight years of comparable work experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced Agile development environment
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives.
• Experience deploying enterprise‑wide reporting tools and visualizations
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross‑team planning
• Skilled in backlog management and documentation
• Agile Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing rosters and role mapping for all task orders.
• Partner with Agilist and Scrum Masters to maintain capacity profiles and adjust staffing.
• Support planning for Program Increments/releases with up‑to‑date capacity data.
• Monitor capacity impacts of training and non‑development activities to ensure realistic commitments.
• Own master MVI scheduling across all task orders and coordinate with leads to align with release calendars.
• Monitor surge needs and reallocate staff without compromising critical work.
