Job summary

Intuitive Machines Llc is seeking a Resource Manager for the Structures organization in Houston, TX. You will track assignments, durations, and staffing needs, coordinating with Project Managers and Business Development to ensure proper loading for upcoming projects.

The role requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. An engineering background is preferred.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on upcoming changes as projects progress.
• Coordinate with Business Development to determine loading for upcoming projects.
• Present to management the state of projects from a resource perspective.

About The Position

This role will be responsible for resource management within the Structures organization. You will be challenged to track and manage assignments, lengths of engagements, and track upcoming opportunities and staffing requirements for those opportunities. The fast paced nature of the business will require constant engagement within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with existing team to assess current assignments and durations
• Work with team to estimate resource needs for projects
• Work within the Resource Management software to show project loading
• Work with Project Managers to assess the upcoming changes as projects progress
• Work with Business Development to determine proper loading for upcoming projects
• Present to management the state of projects from a resource perspective

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
