Job summary
Riveron in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to lead staffing for a dedicated practice, aligning candidate pipelines with project needs and talent strategy. You will partner with Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition to optimize staffing quality, timing, and margins across engagements.
The role requires strong executive presence, deep staffing experience in consulting, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality and professional relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- 5+ years staffing/resource management experience in a professional services firm.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers across Technology/IT Services or related domains.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint and PowerBI proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy; acting as a value-add business partner.
- Advise Service Delivery teams on creative and alternate staffing solutions that may provide improved quality, timeliness, or margin.
- Maintain understanding of full portfolio of engagements and sales pipeline for the designated business area by analyzing deployment data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from the Service Delivery teams.
- Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Segment leads to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand.
- Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements, with a focus on driving a streamlined business experience following and educating upon our Rules of Engagement.
