Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster/adoptive children in family/group settings.
• Ensure alignment with Omni's mission, policies, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, CMS, HIPAA).
• Support safety, wellbeing, and permanency for clients through trauma-informed practices.
