Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc seeks a Resource Coordinator to plan referrals for foster and adoptive children in family or group settings. You will maximize safety, wellbeing, and permanency while following Omni policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and may require a state Clinical Social Work license. You will engage with a trauma-responsive, ESTEEM-driven culture and support families and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (Tennessee requirement).
• Volunteer, practicum or intern experiences with children and families preferred.
• Proof of automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children.
• Maximize social functioning, safety, wellbeing and permanency of clients.
• Ensure alignment with Omni policies, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to support clients and families.
