About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Global Resource Management Office (RMO), a dynamic and collaborative team of eight dedicated professionals spanning the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our team culture emphasizes transparency and open communication, ensuring that each member's insights are valued as we work collaboratively to identify and allocate the best resources for every new opportunity. We thrive in a hybrid work environment that offers flexibility for team members to connect with one another, whether in person or remotely, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork across different geographies.

While we encourage collaboration and connection among team members, there are no mandatory office days, as we fully embrace the remote working model. Additionally, there are no travel requirements associated with this position, allowing you to focus on your role without the pressures of frequent travel commitments.

Your Role

  • Collaborate closely with Resource Managers and stakeholders to drive seamless service delivery and project success.

  • Analyze resource data to identify gaps or issues and proactively address them, minimizing escalations.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the Resource Management Office (RMO) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Contribute to regular meetings with key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for effective resource allocation.

  • Support the development of RMO team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of teamwork.

  • Implement targeted strategies for workload balancing and prioritization to ensure consistency in project delivery.

  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and promoting a client-focused approach.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of two years experience in Resource Management or similar role.

  • Strong communication skills to build trust and foster relationships across teams.

  • Proven ability to implement change in a cross-matrix environment.

  • Proficiency in resource automation tools such as Net-Suite and Kantata.

  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing resource data and identifying issues.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to optimize resource allocation and workload balancing.

  • Knowledge of project management principles to support successful service delivery.
