Community Partners in Strafford County seeks a Resource Center Specialist to connect individuals to financial, medical, housing, and other services, helping them access resources to live independently in their communities.
This 16-hour-per-week part-time role requires a proactive connector who can navigate agencies, document needs, and coordinate referrals with care and compassion.

The Resource Center Specialist connects individuals in need of assistance with services and resources to meet their needs. This may include linking an individual to financial assistance, disability-related services, medical programs, rehabilitative services, vocational rehabilitation, legal assistance, housing assistance, disaster relief, food pantries, home-delivered meals, in-home assistance, or other services/organizations that empower individuals to live independently within their communities. This is a 16 hour a week part time position.

You are always seeking to learn new things, find different solutions, and connect people with one another because it feels great and it’s what you do best!
