**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Resource (Business/Financial) Manager responsible for delivering TO financials to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost and financial objectives. The Resource Manager will implement processes and procedures to ensure accurate cost capture and tracking at the appropriate level of granularity to meet USACE requirements. Additionally, the manager will establish processes necessary to achieve Technology Business Model (TBM) frameworks, enabling USACE to provide its customers with a consumption billing model for services provided.
The Resource (Business/Financial) Manager will compile and review budgets using actual performance data, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other sources to control funds and ensure proper financial administration. Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, analyzing trends, establishing personnel forecasts, recommending and interpreting budget policies, preparing comparative evaluations of actual costs versus budgeted funds, and analyzing variances between costs and budgets.
The supported program provides enterprise IT services for USACE, including program management, IT infrastructure and shared services, general IT, cybersecurity, engineering design, telecommunications, emergency response, transformation, and surge/special projects support.
This position is located onsite at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) Building in Washington, D.C.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $124,080 - $210,980
This range reflects market pay structures. Salaries are influenced by factors such as skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal considerations.
