BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Resource (Business/Financial) Manager responsible for delivering TO financials supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost and financial objectives. The manager will implement processes to ensure accurate cost capture and tracking, aligning with USACE requirements. Additionally, they will establish processes for Technology Business Model (TBM) frameworks, enabling USACE to offer a consumption billing model for services.
The Resource Manager will compile and review budgets, analyze actual performance, and control funds to ensure proper financial administration. Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, analyzing trends, forecasting personnel needs, recommending policies, evaluating actual costs against budgets, and explaining variances.
This role supports enterprise IT services for USACE, including program management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering design, telecommunications, emergency response, transformation, and surge/special projects.
The position is located onsite at the GAO Building in Washington, D.C.
Full-Time Salary Range: $124,080 - $210,980
