BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Resource Attorney for the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice in San Juan, PR. This role supports the corporate resource strategy, develops practice assets, and leverages technology to boost efficiency and client service.

The position offers flexibility for remote work and requires strong drafting, research, and project management skills within a corporate practice context.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience as a Corporate attorney with Emerging Growth or Venture Capital exposure.
• Strong drafting, research, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the corporate resource plan in collaboration with practice leadership.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and other practice content.
• Communicate relevant legal and market developments promptly.
• Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices using communication tools.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes with technology solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Coordinate contributions from attorneys within the practice.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates related to EGVC developments.
