Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Resource Assistant to support school-wide behavior management and provide non-professional counseling to students. You will help implement policies, monitor student behavior, and maintain accurate records under supervision.
You will contribute to a safe learning environment, assist in crisis management, and participate in trainings while adhering to Arrow policies and state regulations.
The Resource Assistant assumes a central role in the ongoing development and implementation of school wide behavior management program and policies; provides non-professional counseling to students.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
High School diploma or GED and at least one (1) year experience working with children and families (preferably in a school setting) required.
