Integral Care is seeking a Resource Ambassador to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment across its facilities in Travis County, Texas. The role emphasizes monitoring, incident response, and de-escalation to protect staff and clients.

Regular hours are 8:00AM–5:00PM, Monday to Friday, with a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits. Strong observational skills and commitment to trauma-sensitive practices are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record; Guard Card required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity across Integral Care facilities to maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents and potential safety concerns to prevent issues such as theft or disruption.
• Protect staff, clients, visitors, vendors and organizational assets while promoting a calm atmosphere on site.
• Support trauma-sensitive practices and ensure on-site presence is maintained as needed.

Job Summary:The Resource Ambassador role supports a dynamic environment where staff, vendors, clients, and visitors regularly access Integral Care's services and facilities. This position is responsible for helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment across the premises by monitoring activity, observing potential safety concerns, and responding appropriately to incidents. Resource Ambassadors apply their experience in security, de-escalation, and first aid to promote safety and prevent issues such as theft, vandalism, or disruptive behavior. Through strong observational skills and timely response, they help identify and address potential risks while supporting a calm and respectful atmosphere for everyone on site. Resource Ambassadors assist in protecting staff, clients, visitors, vendors, and organizational assets while contributing to a secure and supportive environment for all individuals accessing Integral Care facilities.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
