Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the RN position is to provide general health care, training and education to clients in a clinical environment. This position is expected to behave with professionalism, empathy, and positive regard for others in verbal, written, and non‑verbal communications. The goal is to promote trauma informed practices, provide suicide safer care, and foster a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes racial and health equity. This position calls for strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team and with both internal and external stakeholders. This position is under the administrative supervision of the program manager or practice manager at the RN's primary work site. This position is under the clinical oversight of the program's designated RN Supervisor. This position exercises moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Nursing.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Licensed as an RN in the state of Texas.

Experience:

Required:

• At least of 1 year of experience working in crisis residential care, psychiatric hospitalization, substance use treatment facilities, or other behavioral health treatment settings.

Hours:

Full-Time.

Workhours:

6:00AM - 6:00PM.

Workdays:

Rotating.

Salary:

$45.59 - $58.12 hourly, depending on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

• Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
• Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
