Resorts Director of Facilities
Brainerd Lakes Area | Facilities & Engineering
At Leisure Hotels & Resorts, we believe great hospitality starts behind the scenes. When the buildings work, the grounds are cared for, the systems run smoothly, and our teams have what they need to succeed, guests feel it in every part of their stay.
We’re looking for a Resorts Director of Facilities to lead facilities, engineering, maintenance, and capital improvement efforts across our Brainerd Lakes Area resorts. This is a hands-on leadership role with a big picture mindset-responsible for keeping our properties safe, beautiful, efficient, and ready for whatever the season brings.

Most importantly, you’ll understand that facilities isn’t just about buildings and equipment—it’s about creating places where guests want to return and teams are proud to work.
At Leisure Hotels & Resorts, we’re building more than great places to stay. We’re creating destinations people return to, memories families make together, and workplaces where people can build a career.
If you’re someone who takes pride in great properties, great teams, and getting the details right—and you’re ready to help shape the future of some of the Brainerd Lakes Area’s most memorable resorts—we’d love to hear from you.
