Job summary

Leisure Hotels & Resorts seeks a Resorts Director of Facilities for the Brainerd Lakes Area to lead facilities, engineering, maintenance, and capital improvements across our Brainerd Lakes region resorts.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage complex properties and systems, and drive a focus on safety, guest experience, and cost efficiency while building strong teams and partnerships with resort leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across multiple resort locations.
• Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs for buildings and systems.
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and grounds are safe and well-maintained.
• Monitor facility performance and improve reliability and guest experience.
• Respond to urgent facility needs and lead during emergencies.
