Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a transportation driver to move guests and Team Members around the resort on specified routes using vans, buses, or trolleys. The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and reliability.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on hosting guests and supporting resort operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior guest service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
• Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
• Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist.
• The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service.
• Maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager.
