Pleasant Mountain, a Boyne Resorts property, is seeking Resort Service Specialists to deliver top-notch guest service and accurate ticketing. You will be the main contact for lift tickets, passes, and mountain information, ensuring guests have a smooth visit and clear answers about events, dining, and activities.

You will assist guests with season passes and tickets, balance daily sales, and share knowledge about the mountain, services, and local attractions while offering friendly, professional

Formación

• Previous customer service experience or ski area experience is a plus.
• Strong computer, keyboard and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes intense environment.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to provide information about tickets, the mountain, and up-sell season passes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with their season passes, day tickets, and multi-day lift tickets in a fast-paced office environment.
• Understand and learn the criteria for all the lift access products for Pleasant Mountain and New England Season Passes.
• Be accountable for sales each day and able to balance all products sold against receipts.
• Provide knowledgeable support on Pleasant Mountain, including rentals, mountain terrain, area services, activities, restaurants, and events.
• Quickly assess lift ticket and pass issues and resolve them for the guests.
• Stay familiar with the daily snow and grooming reports.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues correctly, promptly, and professionally.

Resort Service Specialists are responsible for selling and fulfilling all lift tickets and pass products. They also act as an information source for all of our guests.

Pleasant Mountain is seeking Resort Service Specialists who are known for their exceptional problem-solving abilities and dedication to providing top-level customer service. Resort Service Specialists are responsible for selling and fulfilling all lift tickets and pass products. They also act as an information source for all of our guests. You are THE point of contact for our guests and other departments for information on lift tickets, season passes, lift openings and closures, restaurants, shopping, activities and special events on and off the mountain. Excellent guest service, basic computer skills, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently are all a must.
