Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or high-volume dining setting preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
• Clear, friendly communicator who builds rapport quickly with guests.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and POS usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to all guests.
• Serve plates of food and beverages to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Assist other staff with expediting orders when requested.
• Address guest service situations with professionalism and care.
• Assist with special and catered events.
• Ensure opening and closing checklist procedures are completed.
• Check identification to confirm legal drinking age.
• Polish, vacuum, and clean dining areas.
• Handle closing financial duties with integrity.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
